Heart Zone USA's founder and CEO Sally Edwards spent the last 30 years researching and authoring books on how to train for success. Sally's methodology utilizes a specific training method that allows the athlete to measure training load so that the athlete progresses and peaks according to goals.
In establishing Heart Zones Coaching, we make this training methodology available to the athlete that lives inside each and every one of us. We recognize that individuals of all abilities want access to training methods that allow them to excel and reach farther than they believed possible.

Heart Zones Coaching gives each individual the opportunity to be coached by a qualified, trained coach who knows Heart Zones methodology and cares about their success. Our coaches teach, inspire and motivate. The coach takes into consideration your fitness level, goals and lifestyle so that programs can be integrated into busy lives. We consider it imperative that the athlete have balance in life.
Training is not just exercising. It is exercising with a system and a plan in order to reach a goal. Heart Zones Training is a method of training smarter, more efficiently and more effectively, by training with heart.
