Heart Zones offers three types of coaching. An individual can choose a coaching plan that works for their specific needs.

Training Plans:

- Communicate weekly by phone and email
- Individualized training
- Supported, directed workouts
- Flexible scheduling
- Includes motivation, nutrition, training tips
