Heart Zones Education offers the only complete heart rate monitor curriculum in the USA, "Healthy Hearts in the Zone". We provide two separate, focused curriculums - one for high school level (High School Healthy Hearts in the Zone) and the other for middle school (Middle School Health Hearts in the Zone). Choose the one that fits your school needs.
