Heart Zones Basic Training:
Heart Zones training is the smart way to exercise because you use the beat of your heart to determine how hard you are training. It is a way of training which is literally powered by your heart. Heart Zones Email Training teaches you how to use a heart rate monitor to manage your exercise program. You will receive 4 emails per week for 8 weeks which are filled with rich content including a weekly workout plan, new skills to practice, and motivational and inspirational messages.
Heart Zones training in five different heart zones gives you the best workout in the least amount of time. Best of all, each workout is based entirely on YOUR current fitness level.
General Triathlon Training:
You can improve your triathlon performance if you know some of the tricks used by other triathletes. This program will take you from a low-to-medium fitness level to peak performance fitness “ just on time for your triathlon! Order this email training program 8 weeks ahead of your race date for optimal benefit. You will receive 4 emails per week for 8 weeks which are filled with rich content ”including a weekly workout plan, new skills to practice, and motivational and inspirational messages. This program is designed for the less-experienced triathlete.
