Individualized, coached training program designed for the beginner, novice, new to training or for the athlete that wants to enter their first competition. These athletes have lots to enjoy. The goal is to stay healthy, fit and ready to enjoy life. This program will prepare the athlete for a specific event or take them over the top of their fitness goals. This program’s focus is on building a base and endurance level of fitness. It is an excellent program for those wanting to make a change in their health and fitness or who desire weight loss.
The coaching begins with an assessment of your current fitness level so that your training program begins at the same place you are. An initial interview with your coach will assure that you and your coach are clear about your goals. Phone coaching and emails will assure your continuing progress and success.
