Individualized, coached training program designed for the athlete who is already competing but wants to increase their speed, prevent over training or return from injury. This program’s focus is on developing your personal goal. Take your training to the next level without wasting time or over training. Train for a season of competition in a specific or multi sport event.
The coaching begins with an assessment of your current fitness level so that your training program begins at your experience and fitness level. After an initial interview, your coach will build a training program designed to meet your goals. Bi-weekly coaching calls and emails will assure your steady progress.
- 8 week package @ $570 + One time sign up fee $59* (includes welcome package).
- 12 week package @ $840 + One time sign up fee $59* (includes welcome package).
- 16 week package @ $1100 + One time sign up fee $59* (includes welcome package).
