- Access “Settings” to set default heart rate, step, and power zones
- Change tile settings to show participant sensor numbers instead of names
- Set tiles to show Max heart rate as percentage
- Lock the remote tile flip feature and change Big Board color scheme
- Edit email report formats that are automatically sent to participants

More About Recovery Heart Rate
Arguably the most important heart rate data, Recovery Heart Rate Number and Rate demonstrates the current fitness status of your student. Using the App and Recovery Heart Rate data, you can issue three different tests within one workout session to indicate level of fatigue.
Two Data Points with Each Assessment
- Absolute number, or the number of beats per minute dropped
- Percentage of recovery, meaning the higher the number and percentage, the better the student is recovering

- Choose between four categories of classes including PE, Fitness, Cycling, and Assessment
- Select from 12 Big Board Class Type designs to organize by class type
- Motivate classes with 3 different heart rate zone methodologies, ZONING (3 zones), Threshold heart rate (5 zones), or Max heart rate (5 zones)
