11. Return Policy
Heart Zones Limited Warranty
Heart Zones, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that all products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is backed by the OEM, original equipment manufacturer depending on their policy. For example, the warranty for the following:
- Blink 3.0+ and Blink 24 sensor for a period of one (1) year
- Wasp or USB Bridge for a period of one (1) year
- Elastic armbands for the Blink Armband 3.0+ or Blink 24 for six (6) months
Normal wear and tear, defects caused by rough handling, replaceable battery damage, elastic straps/bands or effects or damage caused by misuse contrary to intended or recommended use or alteration are not covered by the limited Warranty.
If purchased from a Heart Zones authorized reseller, proof of purchase from that authorized retailer or sales channel is required for all warranty claims.
Heart Zones Return Policy and Procedures
Part 1. Return Policy for Physical Products
At Heart Zones, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an
item for any reason, please carefully review our return policy and procedures below in advance. It is
the customer's responsibility to request the return policy in advance of purchase.
1. General Return Policy
- All returns must be pre-authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A. Returns Due to Customer Preference (Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items)
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
- A 10% restocking and inspection fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
B. Returns of Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Heart Zones will provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items if reported within 7 days.
- Once received and inspected, Heart Zones will either issue a full refund (including shipping costs) or send a replacement at no additional charge.
C. Returns Due to Order Fulfillment Errors (Wrong Item Sent)
- If Heart Zones shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send you the correct item at no additional charge.
- The incorrect item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.
D. Gift Returns
- If you received a Heart Zones product as a gift and wish to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser in the original form of payment.
- Alternatively, we can offer an exchange or store credit if the gift recipient prefers.
E. Returns of Opened or Used Products
- Opened or used items are not eligible for a full refund but may qualify for partial credit or exchange at Heart Zones’ discretion.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for products that show signs of use.
F. Clearance, Final Sale, and Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Return Instructions

2. Package the Item Securely – Use a sturdy box with bubble wrap or protective padding. Items damaged due to poor packaging may result in a reduced refund.
3. Include Documentation – Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or proof of purchase. Returns without documentation may not be processed.
4. Use a Trackable Shipping Method – We recommend insured USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. Payment of shipping Insurance is the responsibility of the returnee. For international returns, confirm the carrier in advance with Heart Zones. Heart Zones is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

- If the software is defective, malfunctions, or is incompatible with your system, you must report the issue within 14 days of purchase. Before processing a refund, you are required to allow Heart Zones 60-days to provide technical support to resolve the issue.
B. Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases
- If a software purchase was made without authorization (e.g., fraudulent transactions or accidental duplicate purchases), you must report it within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds for unauthorized purchases are granted on a case-by-case basis, with proper verification required.
C. Subscription-Based Software Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions:
- Can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.
- Once a billing cycle has started, it cannot be refunded.
- Annual Subscriptions:
- If canceled within the first 14 days, a full refund may be issued.
- After 14 days, refunds are not available, but the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

D. Refunds for Incorrect License Purchases
- If you purchased the wrong license type (e.g., personal instead of business), contact Heart Zones support within 30 days of purchase.
- We may exchange the license for the correct version or offer a partial refund if the new license is of lesser value.
E. No Refunds for the Following Circumstances
- Change of mind -- We do not offer refunds for software purchases if you simply no longer want or need the product.
- User error or lack of technical knowledge -- Refunds will not be granted if the software was installed or used incorrectly by the customer.
- Expired refund request window -- If your refund request is made after the 30-day period, it will not be considered.
- Violation of license terms -- If we detect that the software has been misused, copied, shared, or otherwise violated licensing agreements, refunds will not be issued.

4. Software License Deactivation for Refunds
