Maximum Heart Rate Wall Chart
This bright colorful new full color chart can adorn the wall of your workout area, health club, indoor cycling studio, or anywhere that you want the message to train in the max zones to be displayed.
Once you have your maximum heart rate, it is simple to set your training zones. Just find your maximum number on the top of the Red Line column. Under that number, go down vertically to see each of your training zones. Train in different zones on different days to get different training benefits. The chart shows fuels burned, is color coded to match the low (blue) to high (red) intensity of each of the five training zones.
