Maximum Heart Rate Cards (10 pack)
Use these 4"x6" cards for each of your different sport-specific maximum heart rate activities.
Once you have your maximum heart rate, it is simple to set your training zones. Just find your maximum number on the top of the red line column. Under that number, go down vertically to see each of your training zones. Train in different zones on different days to get different training benefits. The chart shows fuels burned, is color coded to match the low (blue) to high (red) intensity of each of the five training zones.
These double-sided cards include:
- Frontside shows each of the different maximum heart rates from 150-240 bpm and the corresponding zones
- Backside is printed with a “the zones chart,” a calculator to set your zones
