Once you have your maximum heart rate, it is simple to set your training zones. Just find your maximum number on the top of the red line column. Under that number, go down vertically to see each of your training zones. Train in different zones on different days to get different training benefits.

The chart shows fuels burned, is color coded to match the low (blue) to high (red) intensity of each of the five training zones.
