Each individual card is in full color and UV coated to prevent wear and tear and so sweat will not damage the card – we want you to use them as you workout.If you want to truly know the best estimate of your maximum heart rate without taking an all out test, this is the best protocol to accomplish that. Using the useless age-adjusted formula (220-age) will not give you the correct anchor point, maximum heart rate because it is not based on any science nor research.
